The Lock House is the home of our After Sales Care team, and is strategically located at Port Pendennis Marina in the heart of Falmouth – one of the UK’s premier sailing destinations.

From the Lock House, we offer all our owners comprehensive warranty and after sales support, both in the UK and overseas. From personal handover service on the delivery of your new boat to system surveys and remote vessel monitoring, we ensure that every owner feels looked after throughout their boat’s lifetime.

The Lock House team also offers advice on our comprehensive range of annual care packages and one-off services. With our 12m holding berth in Port Pendennis, we can deliver on-water services in the most efficient way possible and at all states of the tide. We can also attend vessels that are moored further afield quickly and regularly, as required.
