Designed and built as part of the quartet of custom tenders to the 112m, seven-deck megayacht, Renaissance, the company’s 13m Limousine Tender was one of seven designs to have been selected as a finalist in the Tender of the Year category.

At a glamorous ceremony held in the Austrian resort of Kitzbühel, the judges praised the vessel for its diverse boarding options, secure steps and unconventional seating, which echoes that of a private jet, and automated recliners overlooking the exterior swim platform, which they considered could possibly be a first for a superyacht tender of this type.

Its smart-thinking control system that was coded in-house, which operates the automated seats, air-conditioning, heating, lighting and gyro stabiliser from a touchscreen at the helm was also singled out for its ingenuity.

“The BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards honour the world-class naval architecture, styling and technology of the superyachts and tenders that have been delivered to clients within the past year, and our 13m Limousine Tender was one of only two in this category to have been recommended for scrutiny by the full judging panel,” comments Founder & Executive Chairman, Dave Cockwell. “The judges felt that our technically complex tender was deserving of this special commendation, which we are proud to receive, especially for cutting-edge technology.
