…It was an excellent introduction to our boat and how well she behaves in lively conditions. Moored to the Town Quay in Dartmouth, the team polished and shined our top sides and guard rails for us until she gleamed. The next day we set off in company to Salcombe, to raft up and transfer to the very pretty Duchy 21. A delightful cruise up the river took us to the excellent pub at South Pool for lunch. On our return to Dartmouth we were treated to the best fish and chips ever in our cockpit, with nine of us seated round the table in comfort.
