Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding Ltd intends to award a contract for construction of replacement steel framed workshops and office building and associated external works at Cockwells, Mylor Bridge, Cornwall. They have applied for financial assistance from the European Union European Structural and Investment Funds.

The deadline for return of tenders is no later than 12 noon on the 7th April 2017.

The successful tender will be chosen on the basis of price and/or programme. We reserve the right not to accept the lowest or any tender.
