Miami-Based Developer Engages Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding to Create an Elevated Experience Through a One-of-a-Kind Limo Tender, Pioneering a Wholly Immersive Private Island Experience That Begins Before Arrival

Yntegra Group, the visionary developer behind Rosewood Exuma, is once again redefining luxury by crafting a first-of-its-kind private-island destination in the Exumas. In partnership with renowned British boatbuilder, Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding, Yntegra has commissioned a superyacht-inspired 13m Limousine Tender that will make the arrival experience as unforgettable as the destination itself.

With signature innovations like the Floating Padel Court and now this bespoke luxurious Limousine Tender, Yntegra Group continues to push boundaries. By seamlessly blending cutting-edge design with unparalleled craftsmanship, Yntegra Group is poised to transform Rosewood Exuma into a landmark destination where every detail reflects sophistication, comfort and an extraordinary sense  of arrival.

Redefining luxury means transforming ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences. Whether you’re playing padel or arriving at a destination, true luxury lies in making each moment feel exceptional,” says Felipe MacLean, CEO of Yntegra Group. “Our collaboration with Cockwells brings this vision to life – delivering a vessel that is more than transportation. It’s a seamless, elevated journey and a natural extension of the destination itself.

This custom tender blends cutting-edge marine engineering with timeless craftsmanship, offering guests an effortless transition into ultra-luxury the moment they step off the plane. The sleek, precision-built vessel is so much more than a mode of transport—it is a sanctuary at sea.

With interiors inspired by the refined design of the resort, the tender will feature handcrafted soft leathers, natural fibres, electric reclining VIP seating, mood lighting and a champagne refrigerator. Technological perks like climate controls, Seakeeper stabiliser, smart helm controls and twin 370hp Yanmar engines ensure both comfort and speed, gliding through Bahamian waters at up to 32 knots.

This vessel synthesises the sumptuous styling, technological ingenuity and attention to detail that we are known for,” says Dave Cockwell, Founder and Executive Chairman of Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding. “We are proud to build marine excellence and decades of nautical expertise into the realm of high-end hospitality and create a new concept that transforms a water-to-shore transfer into a treasured memory, which wholly reflects the destination’s philosophy and innate sense of place.

The tender is built on Cockwells’ fuel-efficient Duchy 35 hull and will comfortably accommodate 12 passengers and 2 crew. Its innovative design ensures graceful navigation across crystal-clear waters, transforming a simple transfer into an iconic arrival moment.

A model of this highly-customised craft, which is already in build and will be launched in August 2026, will be available to view at Stand QJ3 within the Tender Show at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show. This prestigious global event for luxury yachting runs from 24 to 27 September and the Cockwells team will be on hand to share information about its latest projects and discuss proposals for new commissions.
