Mylor Creek Boatyard

From moorings, haul out and launch operations to a mobile dry dock, heavy duty slipway and sawmill, we offer a comprehensive range of facilities.

Our HQ is at Tregatreath on the tidal reaches of the Fal Estuary, beside the pretty creekside village of Mylor Bridge in Cornwall.

Steeped in maritime history, Mylor Yacht Harbour has been a haven for Falmouth’s Packet ships, naval vessels throughout the Napoleonic Wars and the French Resistance during World War II.

The Tregatreath boatyard was run by generations of the Heard family until the sad passing of Dave Cockwell’s friend and fellow artisan, Martin Heard in 2009.

We respect this rich heritage and take pride in offering the quality of service and attention to detail that our predecessors would appreciate.

From moorings, haul out and launch operations to a mobile dry dock, heavy duty slipway and sawmill, we offer a comprehensive range of facilities and a passion for modern and traditional boatbuilding that shines through.
